|Recommended: YesSophisticated Country — I feel like I am living back in Wyoming where I grew up with all the wide open countryside but also back in Scottsdale with the sophistication where I raised my family in the East Valley of Phoenix. I walk run everyday and the landscaping is like a park. The fitness center is the best. We love being around young professionals too. We love our patio home as we no longer have the burden of home ownership. We now get to travel in our brand new Winnebago Van. We have lived in the greater Prescott region the past 30 years. We have truly found our paradise at The Flats at Jasper

Would be great to not have to pay for the valet trash. It would be nice if that was an option. 300 a year is a lot when I am 100 able to take my trash out.
More instruction on the rental portal would be nice. Its not 100 user friendly.

|Recommended: YesSo so Grateful — Recently we had to move out of our current apt due to an apt fire. We had already applied to Jasper and had been awaiting approval. We got approved and due to our circumstances they we able to get us in two days later They we so friendly and graciously accommodating. Everyone who had to leave their apartment due to the fire I recommended to come here
