Mark and Mike are truly committed to excellence. We have been blown away by the way this team has worked together cohesively to make sure all of our needs have been met here at Jasper Flats
I love the way the Company actually invites residents to parties, have scavenger hunts, breakfast treats and engage with the residents. We haven't had an opportunity to attend a party, but the simply invite makes you feel right at home.
True story. Someone lost their baby
The staff immediate jump in to help find it Now talk about family That was so touching. We didn't have to wonder if they found the baby They staff reached out to let everyone know with a picture that the little one made it home. We simply can't say enough about our stay here.
Every place has room for improvement. The Flats at Jasper is no different.
The attention is in the details. We are loving it here It's by far, the best place to live. You will not be disappointed.

Because if we simply give a 10 , another Company may read this and take one of our family members away LOL

|Recommended: YesSophisticated Country — I feel like I am living back in Wyoming where I grew up with all the wide open countryside but also back in Scottsdale with the sophistication where I raised my family in the East Valley of Phoenix. I walk run everyday and the landscaping is like a park. The fitness center is the best. We love being around young professionals too. We love our patio home as we no longer have the burden of home ownership. We now get to travel in our brand new Winnebago Van. We have lived in the greater Prescott region the past 30 years. We have truly found our paradise at The Flats at Jasper

Would be great to not have to pay for the valet trash. It would be nice if that was an option. 300 a year is a lot when I am 100 able to take my trash out.
More instruction on the rental portal would be nice. Its not 100 user friendly.

|Recommended: YesSo so Grateful — Recently we had to move out of our current apt due to an apt fire. We had already applied to Jasper and had been awaiting approval. We got approved and due to our circumstances they we able to get us in two days later They we so friendly and graciously accommodating. Everyone who had to leave their apartment due to the fire I recommended to come here
